Mine arrives in Fremantle on the 24th, I'm not sure how long I will have to wait for customs, compliance and dealer delivery ect?

Well, you can add me onto that list. AW picked up just last night.

Initial thoughts, love the MMM button and brakes and likely to need a track to fully appreciate it.(Might have a fine already though!)
I dont so much have the urge to drive it but to keep looking at it! 8 months is a long time.

Recently been thinking that purchasing sight unseen and un-anything else since with the likelihood of it being superseeded prior to arrival, was such a smart move. - Thought gone!

Silly question but is the car supposed to come with a Supplementary Owners Manual for the 1M or just the standard 1 series Manual? I was told there is no 1M manual.

Well, our 1M and CR are both up for insurance renewals, we have the option of our policy to continue with the 24 month new car replacement policies.

Sounds, like a plan to me! But hang on, if they cannot find a replacement new car the policy then reverts to the agreed value, hmmm $87k on the 1M, not good.

Anyone else have this problem? Increase the agreed value and hence an increased policy cost?

In those circumstances with TC disabled, I wonder whether the vehicle would even have made it to 40km/h in the wet.
Have had my confidence shattered multiple times in this little monster - no fun spinning out 270o as the crowd just stares in disbelief

Should query it as I got one. The manual is a parts bin special like the car; parts of it read the same as the M3 manual.

Just be careful on those up ramps and down ramps on our car, where we sometimes forgot how sideways happy our car is!
