Recomended places to buy winter tires in Germany?

I got lucky last year and didn't get winter tires but I don't think it's going to be as easy this winter. You've all heard me bemoan my inabilty to find any decent places to buy tires or rims in the Czech republic so my thought was to pickup a set of winters while in Germany. I'm there all the time for work so can anyone recommend a particular store or chain that they use? If anyone knows of a place near Graff that would work even better for me. Thanks.
