i would be careful with the badges...does it come with the m3 badge? Don't wanna come off to poserish if you already have that ///m logo on the steering wheel trim

I don't see what would be wrong with it. Most already have the ///M on their wheel and shift knob anyway.

Correct me if i'm wrong but I'm sure the M shift nob that is part of the M sports package is also the on in the M3. And let me tell you it is nice =) very grippy leather, and the shape is easy and comfortable to wrap your hand around.
