I wish I got that kind of turn around time. Granted I'm in central Illinois, but I ordered on the 17th of July and was told it would be 6 weeks. Now I've been told its going to be closer to 8

My 1er has been in the awaiting transport stage for a few days now, I hope I luck out on a boat.

Congrats to all of you guys just now getting your cars! I'm on week 6 and mile 3000 since delivery, and it's been a blast. Loading up miles while the weather's good here in Michigan.

Took delivery this afternoon and could not wait to get out of the dealership and onto the road. So here's the obligatory shot leaving the dealership along with one of the 135i with her older sister, the '03 MINI Cooper S, and a final shot alone on the driveway once we got home.

The 135i is a Space Gray with Black Leatherette, Glacier Silver trim, M Sport, Steptronic, iPod, Comfort Access, and Power Seats plus a 35% tint all around. Had to buy a Valentine V1 and will be getting 3M clear bra next week before taking a two week drive to the West Coast!

Can't think of a better way to start a weekend!

Congrats all,

I wont see mine untill the end of August or so, has to go through the canal to San Diago, arrives there on the 23rd I have a trip through the mountains on the 29th, hope its here by then.

Blue water metalic, 6MT, Premium, Msport, active steering and heated seats, also having BMW performance suspension put on at the dealer before I pick it up.

I will post pics when I get it, I have yet to see one this color. Any one have pics?

I picked up my car this afternoon. 56 miles already, and she is calling me back for more. I must obey.

Note the brake dust. Guess I have to do something about that.

It was SO hard to leave my 135 in the parking garage as I trudged to the office this morning.. how to deal with the separation anxiety???

@Drl: i sympathize. i've got 700 miles on her this weekend just driving around rural VA and MD. i took last Friday off after i picked up on Thursday. i brought the key to work even though i don't even drive to work.
