The stock tune has a slingshot feel to it - you pull at through to 4k and then it suddenly keeps going when the overboost comes in.

Most modded tune has a linear curve so it feels smoother than stock. It sounds funny that a modded tune is smoother but that's the way it is with the 1M.

With your mod, you would light up the rears with generous throttle without WOT in 2nd gear. Without the tune, you won't be able to do that.

Otherwise your cobb is in valet mode.

As I recall, Cobb has two different maps relating to the throttle position.

Yours is probably set to "linear" -- which allows a bit more control on the track -- and I suspect you prefer the upward curving version (can't recall what it's called).

Should be pretty easy to change.

Change it to the ST. Now you use the LT map.
I have the FBO Cobb and did the eTune with RTF and I love it much more than it was a Cobb st.2+ map... The car has much much more torque!

I'm not driving a 1M by I am blessed with the n54. If you're in doubt, go dyno a base run then with your tune on! Numbers don't lie!
