reseal
i resealed them with silcone or other clear gasket sealant cant remember 110 percent but ya no condensation or issues what so ever

I did this on my porsche. I used a soldering iron to melt a hole in the amber part and then you chip away at it with a set of needle nose pliers and remove the same. Just make sure you don't scratch the reflectors inside. E.g. do it while facing them up. It was petty easy on the P car. Took about 25 min. I can't comment on the 1 as I haven't seen how they are assembled but don't see why you can't do the same.

the heat gun works fine for most cars .... your not trying to melt the headlight ... just the glue/silicone that holds the lens onto the rest of the assembly .... you just heat a corner and slowly follow the seem .... slowly pulling the lens apart from the case .. then you can repeat in the reverse order to seal them and add a bead of clear or black silicone to make sure the seal is tight.

I dont think its illegal because there are alot of cars here in toronto where I am with clear fronts.. alot of ppl bought or baked their headlights.. I wont be doing it because I am not good at that stuff at all.. but if someone starts selling it at a decent price I might think about it but for 2k thats steep..

bimmian came out with their new product. covers for your orange turn signals. the cover matches you paint job and from pics looks great. im gonna get those as soon as they in stock
