135 Reliability
Hi there, Are these 135s really reliable in the UK, re the HPFP / other turbo related questions that have been highlighted on the USA fuel? 'Considering a 2009 135 convertible (manual) with 1 owner and 19k miles. Local dealer car, looks v nice. Thanks for your help - apologies if this retraces old ground for experts.

I'd check out its history, contact BMW and find out what work, recalls its had. If its from a dealer then it'll have warranty. Is it a AUC?

For the OP, the HPFP issue is still a problem here in the UK, it's just that because the big petrol engined cars are relatively rare here, with only a 1000 or so ever sold here, the problem is a very small percentage of all cars sold.

Why not contact BMW with the reg or vin number
They will be able to tell you what work/recalls have been done I have one of the last N54 built, its been fine , no issues at all Paul |
