The new lineup of wheels from Forgestar combines the best qualities of a forged wheel while being priced at cast wheel prices. Forgestar uses a revolutionary casting method called Flow Forming. This is same method used by high-end wheels manufacturers like BBS, Yokohama Advan, and Enkei.

Flow Forming is casting procedures that turns the barrel over a special mandrel and three hydraulic rollers that exerts a large amount of pressure to help create the shape and width of the wheel. During Flow Forming, the mechanical properties of the metal is enhanced due to the pressure compating the metal eliminating or reducing imperfections in the metal. This translates to a wheel weighing on average 15% lighter than its gravity cast counterparts.

Forgestar wheels are MADE TO ORDER wheels! The Forgestar F14 wheels are available in 18", 19", or 20" diameters. Forgestar wheels are offered with customizable offsets on a wide range of wheel widths. These wheels are perfect for the individuals looking into customizing their cars while keeping unsprung weight down!
