I believe DTM sells iCarbon. AND I know for sure that iCarbon is moving away from selling products straight through their website.

You can go to iCarbon if you want your CF products to arrive 6-12 months after you order.

JLevi on the forum here has smaller CF pieces.. Spoilers, mirror caps, diffusers, etc.

Vivid Racing is usually pretty good about answering. Have you tried PMing them on this forum? They always get back to me very quickly during business hours, and I highly recommend them. When did you email them? They are in Arizona, so they're behind you by 9 hours, and yesterday (sunday) was not a business day, and saturdays they close earlier.

DTMrack is also a good vendor. They carry iCarbon, and hopefully they can get you the products on time. I trust DTM, but not iCarbon, so i'd still be a little cautious about that

Damn, I was gonna buy the lip directly from iCarbon but after 4 fast-responded emails I havent heard anything from them... So i tought wthrvr I will just ordered via paypal from the page...Shouldnt I do it?

They do had a terrific deal, 899 shipped to mexico!

sigh i ordered directly a spoiler from them. its been a solid month from my first emailing and after payment the total number of responses has been zero. ill probably just wait it out and pray.

You may want to check some of the iCarbon threads on this board, then contact your credit card company, and see what you can do about canceling. Otherwise, you may be in for a long wait, and lots of frustration.

Do not purchase directly from iCarbon, they are NO LONGER selling to customers. You need to contact one of their vendors:

I´ve emailed/PM'ed 2 vendors of this site that sell iCarbon, and apparently they are out of stock and none of them can get in touch with iCarbon nor via Email nor by the phone, vividracing included...Anyone knows whats going on??

I now see **********s has the CF front lip on stock, but, no offenses intended, I read their international shipment "agreement" and didnt really felt like doing bussines with them, again no offense intended but the tone and certain phrases make us customers feel like unwanted criminals asking for a job in a kindergarden. I've been buying from vividracing,burgertuning, etc. so easily and with none of the "rules" stated in there, nor with the tone used

Plus, there's no option for fedex,ups,etc...

Anyways, just a heads up for something I think you could (if you want) to improve, call it "customer pre-service".

my paypal threshold for lodging a complaint and trying to get a refund expires in a few days, wednesday i think. How reliable would you rate icarbon to be about getting my spoiler to me (eventually), when i ordered a month ago directly from the shopicarbon.com website...worth lodging a paypal complaint and seeking a refund or should i wait it out?
