Have you waxed it? Looks great.
Would love to get a couple of more pictures of the car and wheels in the sun. ;-) I don't think I will paint the wheels. They do look stellar. My plan is to wait a little bit as I will probably scratch them sooner or later. ;-) |

It is in need of a full paint correction which is booked for late March with a mate, but I have done a bit of a tidy up by hand, clayed, polish, Chemical Guys EZ creme glaze acrylic and a couple of coats of Celeste Dettaglio wax with a few coverings of Jetseal 109 on the wheels, something to get through winter........
Will try on the sun pics but not alot of sun about at present and it's bloody freezing lol, also the car is currently up at Forge Motorsport, but will see what I can do |

Looks good Shane How much lower are your air intake temps now?
Also would you mind letting me know how much it was fitted as I may do the same, after my wheels and other bits are sorted |

Not cutting or modifying the area, it uses the same mounts and hoses, so it can be changed back over in half an hour if you need to put the car in for any warranty work, no need to even remove the front bumper, just the plastic under tray..... For those interested in the Forge Motorsport uprated intercooler..... The OEM core is 510hx130wx110d where as the Forge core is 530hx150wx130d giving 20% more surface area and 41% more volume than stock. The core is of bar and plate construction, with aluminium end tanks. In the construction Forge use CNC machined bayonet couplers which allow an easy plug and play install. No cutting, no modifications required. Last edited by Aussie_in_London; 02-10-2012 at 07:58 AM.. |

We are talking BMW now, when is anything tuning related to this make cheap
(Forge's own RS intercooler is something like 600quid) Just look at the price of software/remaps for comparison............ |
