question about top speed gov

Are there any methods other than the Dinan reflash that remove the top speed limiter. I am sure I would be happy with the modest power gains from the SSTT but the 150 mph limit has to go.

So are there any other options to remove it other than Dinan?

Might want to check on E90post but the Dinan is the only one I have heard to make this claim. Vinshu has said repeatedly that he would not do it.

There are those who have encountered the speed limiter kicking in at 143 MPH on the Sport Package equipped 135i.... (see C&D article)
I started a thread about this discrepancy, but no one had any input regarding this issue.

I think some of the E92 owners have become increasingly disenchanted with him and his company. Has he been on this board much? You would think that he would.....

And even 150 at the track is hard to reach needs a very long stretch.

Have you ever met him in person? He came out to our BAIC meet this summer in his yellow Gallardo after almost running several cyclists off the road, came in, acted like he was too cool for school and then almost hit someone as he was flying out of the parking lot and apparently almost ran a few more cyclists off the road on his way down the hill as well as ignoring the center line.
