They should make this thread a BMW service bulletin and email it to all DCT owners. But seriously at least a sticky in general BMW forum. Lots of DCT cars LC sucks cause it dumps the clutch instead of rides it out, look at the M235i and M5 LC footage on youtube from BMW and you will see it essentially doing a rolling burnout. I was starting to regret not buying a 1M the other day when I found out I could not lower my LC revs down to 1000-1500RPM. Then I was gonna get a PTF tune and even considered detuning 1st cause controlling the throttle with LC is hard. But tried this method last night, 10/11 build 135i with latest DME and it launched pretty much as well as I can launch a manual car if not better. The problem with foot mashing it is a .2second delay and massive burnout. Revving it up and letting it drop means you need to anticipate the green light. VTEC Abuser I have dubbed your LC "Tapa Tapa Tapa" (simpsons reference)
