For those of you wanting to do this but missing the pictures, you should consult this thread:
http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=213833 AndyM does his normal good job of illustrating how to pull the console. With the console out, all you have to do is cut the hole and screw the base together. The location for the hole is fairly apparent when you look at the inside of the console.
