Yes they are stock rims - in both sets of pictures. The problem is we don't get the 261s (shown on the 135i) in the US.

I like the 261s only a little bit better than the 264s that we get. The 264s will be a snap to keep clean though!

Chris, they are called black chrome. That's what we'll be getting. The e46 325i/Ci had unfinished exhaust pipe sticking out the back of the cars.

Yep! That's them.

I should've made the 325i comment in a separate paragraph. The two comments were separate.

I saw an interesting thing regarding the headlight washers this weekend. I saw a 120d and 135i side by side. Both has added xenons (not std here) and the 120d had the "wart" type washers whilst the 135i had the retractable kind. I wonder if it is only the 135 that gets this and the other models get the warts?

Another thing on the 135 I saw, it did not have the shark fin aerial - that was a surprise as I thought that was pretty much standard for all BMW's nowadays.

Tell me why it's safer with them? I think it's due to them that cars are so cheap in the US...

Very hard to say for sure, Larry. Neither 1er has sunroof as a standard feature in Canadian spec. Could it be that the 128i in the US is the same?

Looks like the corner of Ventura and Oak Park, just before Balboa.

Way to spot it, looks really dinky and small out in the wild. Can't wait until these start hitting the streets.
