We fit very well as long as you don't need to use the rear driver's side seat.
I'm also 6'5" and the 135 is one of the few cars I've driven where I don't need to put the seat back as far as it goes. |

I'm 5' 11" and I don't fit in this damn car. My head is always in the headliner. If you're tall in the legs you'll fit ok. It seriously feels 9/10th full size from the seat cushion up, especialy in the morning before the old spine compresses.
And that's with Manual seats. |

I'm 6'1"..
My head is very close to the headliner, and I can't see the very top (maybe like top 5%) of the mph and rpm gauges. However, my seat isn't very far back at all. I like to be up close for some reason, not slouching back. Another person can easily fit behind me whenever I drive. Then again, I like to sit with my knees bent.. without my legs outstretched to the pedals. I don't use the dead pedal at all.. I just keep my knee 90 degrees bent like I'm in a regular chair and keep my foot planted. I also don't telescope the wheel towards me at all, so I keep my seat very forward to keep my arms in reach. Don't know if many people do that because I always see everyone slouching back. I dunno I just like good posture? My legs have no problem. If I'm wearing a baseball cap, I usually have to adjust or turn it sideways or something, because my head is that close. But if I just pushed the chair back I could very easily fit. If you can't tell by my post, everyone sits differently. As Guildenstern (sweet name by the way) says, he doesn't fit well, but I know some tallllll people who fit. Just depends on how you like to sit and how you're comfortable. A 6'8" person could probably easily fit if he just pushed the chair back, but that feels weird to me, so I stay close, suck it up, and deal with the headliner being close. Best way to tell is to drive in it for yourself

I'm 6'2 and my head is close to the headliner. I sit fairly close, even shorter friends feel cramped if they sat in my seat. My upper torso is much larger though. You gain a good amount of room as you move back on the rails though.

6'4 and change and I fit with a proper driving position with power seats, when I'm not wearing a helmet.
With a helmet on it's more tricky but I make it work.

Thanks for all the comments. I sat in one for about 30 seconds a few months back and at the time it seemed very cramped. I need to find one locally to sit in and drive.

I'm 6'4" and after some fine adjusting with the seat, I dont have any problems fitting. Adjusting the back of the seat bottom down, the front a bit up, and moving the seat all the way back, I fit without issues. But everyone is built differently.
I do have a little issue getting out. I basically have to turn around when getting out of the seat. I could never get out of the car if I had to park in a small tight parking spot. |

Also, the power seats are better for very precise, tiny adjustments. So for max comfort you should probably go for those, even though they're a bit heavier than the manual seats.

I'm 6'0" and the power seats fit like a glove.
I've noticed with passengers that it's not so much the height as it is the width that makes it hard to fit in. I've got a couple friends that are big guys and they do not fit comfortably in the car - regardless of how they adjust the seats. |

I'm 6'2" with a 34 inch inseam (and waist) and I fit without having to lower the seat all the way. My seats are manual. I can have a small adult behind me but I have to move the seat up a little from my normal driving position.
My space test was to take my 6'4" son, who wears the same size pants as me (but the legs have a little break when I wear them, they barely get to his shoes when he wears them so his legs are a bit longer) and put him in the passengers seat. Then he moved the seat as far forward as he could, got out, and got in back. He was touching the dash in the front but had an inch in back before he touched the seat. What I was trying to figure out is whether my 5'9" daughter could fit behind my 6'4" son. We've since done this several times since and it works. I don't think they would want to ride hours this way, my son is further forward than he likes, but it works for going to dinner or something. Head room is a function of your torso length and the size or your rear end. Those with more cushioning, so to speak, than my family could have a problem with head room if they are also very tall or have an unusally long torso. But head room is pretty good, just remember the seat goes down too. I would also suggest that those who have trouble with head room who are not real tall might have a problem with sport seats. But I have a customer who didn't fit the sport seats that it at least as tall as my son and he fit fine. Jim

I'm 6'-4" and I fit fine with the seat back and down all the way. You'll have fit issues with practically any sports car. I remember not being able remotely able to sit in some Japanese models no matter what. You should test both manual and power seats. I believe power seats have slightly less headroom because they need more room underneath for the motors.

I'm 6'2" and I fit with plenty of room with the manual seats all the way down low. I sit kind of far back though.

I'm 6'3 and fit in the power seats with the helmet on it barely rubs on the roof. Plenty of room in there.

6'4" here, you need to just go sit in one. I would be somewhat concerned about short legged tall guys, I have a 36" inseam so most of my height is in my legs and the headroom is still close, though I never brush my head on the ceiling. In general, cars with only 2 doors have a lot more space for the driver than cars with 4. Try getting in and out of a 328 4-door, you gotta step forward before you step out, pretty weird.

I am 6'5 and have the 135i vert. I fit without issues, but I think it has more headroom than the hardtop version. The car is easier to get out of than the 3 series sedan I had before. I had to scoot up on the seat to pass the bar between the front and back door.
