Soot on back of car

Just wondering if anybody else with an AW 1M is getting soot build up on the back of the car?

I had the same problem with my Evo IX which was caused by overfueling, which tuners prefer as a safer option, opposed to running them lean? Thought maybe BMW might do something like this to protect the engine during the runin period.

My 135 gets quite a bit...

I reckon it's brake dust being deposited there by the "jetstream" air current...

My AW 3er doesn't really do it at the same level. I don't think its bad, just an interesting observation. Must be the repeated WOT and extra pooh chutes back there

If it bothers you, don't ever pick up an RS4....the king of bumper carnage...sometimes highlighted by a lovely soot spray out of the poo chutes at startup or spy hunter smoke screen pushing towards redline.
