Official new owner of a Black 5,500 mile 1M.

Hey Everyone,

Finally found my 1M! Today I completed the purchase from a local collector who had too many cars and couldn't drive them all. I took that with a grain of salt until got a chance to see some of his collection and his office when I came to make payment. It was pretty impressive and I then understood the low milage of the car. He is an enthusiast and I'm very glad to have purchased from him.

Car appears mint. 5500 miles, fully loaded, had the extended warranty added 200 miles ago so it's more than covered. It passed the PPI no problem and all the paint was 4.5 to 5.5 on the paint meter.

Special thanks to Nachob for taking all my calls to him along the way and giving me great advice. Also to Thailynal and CoChris for spending time helping me and giving me their thoughts.

When I figure out how to post pics I will put some up.

It's a beast for sure and the best car I have ever driven.

Now...could you do me a favour...please see the below:

Can anyone with a black 1m tell me if on the f&l wing inner door side have white paint on them which looks like a poor paint job from factory?? If you open fron right or left door then look at the hinge and the wing area there..cheers

Yes. Those partially hidden parts are partially painted now. Also see the trunk lid, area and area under the rear decklid. They look the same
