Active Autowerke BMW 135/335i Downpipes N54 - Catless $350 shown here(http://www.topgearsolutions.com/acau13don.html) one small tab is broken, but I believe it had to be done by my installer to get it to fit (quality control on these apparently isn't the best, but he was able to get them on without a problem ultimately)

Both of these came off of my 2008 e92 335i. I have an HKS legamax exhaust with fitment for that car too, but that will not fit on a 1 series without modification.

Never mind I see now, so will they fit now? What was the purpose of the tab in the first place?

tbh i'm not sure. BMW of huntington NY did all my installs, I imagine it sat in such a way that it hit something. I never had any issues or any vibration or anything else, performed like stock, I imagine it's a common issue with these dp's
