Foglight condensation
One of my fog-lights has condensation. Can I replace it without taking off bumper? Through wheel well? 2012 128i...not taking it to dealer, aftermarket bumper

There are a couple of 10mm bolts which retain the black abs air disperser on the underside of the front bumper once removed there are 3 more on the underside and 2/3 bolts retaining the arch liner at the front of the car, once removed you can get your hand to the back of the fog light which has 2 bolts holding it in place(unplug the bulb). I removed mine to clean the inside of the lens which had fogged up both sides (M Sport) removed the bulb and squirted a bit of window cleaner inside then wiped round with some kitchen paper on the end of a screwdriver.
Once refitted they have stayed clean. |

Thats a bit more than I can do with the setup at my apartment. Im taking it in to the dealer for an oil change in two weeks. would that be something the dealer would do really quickly? its an aftermarket bumper and lights. Id rather them do it and pay them the 1/2 hour for their time...
