Hi guys,

I've been lurking around and posting random stuff in random threads despite not owning a 135i!

Thanks to some great guys I've been communicating with via PM in the last few weeks and months (you know who you are!

), I've learnt a lot about the 135i in a short space of time.

I've been looking for a car for a while now, and initially was held up because I couldn't sell my TT. I deliberated buying a 335i but in the end, I thought I'd save some coin and get a 135i and do some tasteful mods

So, the planets aligned, I sold my car and I finally found my car on Monday at a random dealer on Parramatta Rd- 2008 AW/Black/Poplar 135i, Steptronic, Business iDrive, Sunroof, Adaptive Headlights, Front PDC, Top-HiFi, Anti-dazzle mirrors. 32000 km. 5 days of warranty left! lol! Took 2 days for finance to clear and I picked it up late on Wednesday arvo and have been too busy driving to post!

As I mentioned in the other thread, I can breathe a small

of relief now that I've bought my extended warranty with days to spare.

Anyway, looking forward to contributing more now that I've a car. I was planning to attend the GTG in mid October but I've just found out someone's fiddled with the roster at work and I'm now working instead of learning more about my car and others' in Sydney

I've put a few pics below- They're not the best, and I'm sure you guys all know what a stock AW 135i looks like!

Yeah, it's the one near the kebab shop not far from Burwood Rd. I stumbled across this car whilst driving past. I'm not normally in that part of Sydney. LOL I could've had this car two weeks ago

Alex, I planned to get in touch with you about a detail way before I bought

I just realised for some reason I can't PM you. I'll go through FB and touch base with you there. The car definitely needs your attention, especially the leather
