A little help with a wierd noise

Ok
So last night Im coming out of the parking lot at a grocery store and I notice a clunk coming from the drivers side front tire area.

Today it happened again but I noticed it only happens at low speed when I have the wheel turned over hard (at least 3/4 of the way)

Can anyone school me on what the problem with the car is.

I am running H & R OE sport springs with the rest of the suspension being stock, and I have Hawk HPS pads on stock rotors, if that info makes any difference.

ok, take off the front wheel and look for any "wear" signs, such as scratch marks...from what i have seen/heard in the past it could be few things:
1) end-links are loose/damaged (very likely)
2) brake lines are loose from their bracket that is holding them into the strut, so it it hitting the surroundings (you should see visible marks)
3) excessive worn brake pads could be the cause (although very unlikely)
4 the strut "hat" is worn or simply the 3 bolts holding it are loose or damaged (very likely, although it should also make noise on everyday driving) (also check that huge center bolt on the hat to make sure it's nice and tight)

Thanks
It was the pads.
I already knew they needed changing but they were on backorder.
Everything is fixed now, new pads, new rotors.
