MSport vs BMW Performance Ride Height Pictures/Measurements?

Does anyone have any before and after pictures or measurements from fender edge to center of roundel on the wheels? Im trying to get an idea of how much of a drop I want (yes, for asthetics...) and if the BMW Perf kit would suit me better than, say, KW V1s.

Also, does anyone know if its as easy as i think it would be to swap out the rear springs only on these cars? Can i just use a pair of spring compressors and compress them and slip them out or do i have to disconnect the whole lower suspension assembly and remove the shock?
