Here...this was my E90 when I had blacked out grills (which were driven over by my sister)
I think your car would look better if you : 1) Undid the tints on the headlights, and either got clears (not too expensive seeing as you don't have Xenon) or either chipped out the orange reflectors (like longtran) 2) Got blacklines 3) Grills (which you said you were doing) The only thing my car needs in these pics are blacked out 18" wheels (which I can't buy because of the quality of the roads etc) |

Are you like a fan of the movie MIB (Men in Black). They should make MIBIII and feature your car. It seems like you did a great job and it does not look cheap. There certainly no other e90 ike your. Bottom line is you like it. Yeah, think about the blackline tail lights, I think it fit nicely with your black out theme.

well i had the vinyl overlays and took them off immediatly...im sure this happens to you too, when you turn on your lights at night, you can see the light poke through the outside, making the overlay look cheap to me... But i do have the blackout grill and it looks real sick. here are some quick pics...i also got blacklines...

If I would have gotten a black E90, I would not have as many 'mod problems' as I have had
Lets see... - Would have kept the blacklines - I can find a painted rear spoiler (instead of mine currently at the paint shop) - CF splitters probably could have gone right on (instead of being at the paint shop) But after the spoiler and splitters are on, Im not doing any more work on the car. My neighbors already think Im nuts with my recent front lighting dilemmas (3 sets of fogs, PMB, headlight adjustment) |

from what i see, you used a roll on tint for your front headlights to cover the lateral amber border? if you did, it looks like a shoddy job since you can still see part of the amber.
i myself love black/gray combos, but going out ALL black may be way too much |
