my "new" BMW...

Hi guys!
After that my mysterious car-chanching is over since one month, I
found back the way to BMW and bougt this nice car:

325ciA Coupé E46
five-step-automatic-gear
with presently about 38.000 km
colour: topas-blue met.
sport-seats with combination of black leather
building-year: 11/2001
Interior-bands: wooden
steering-wheel: M with multifunction

It´s a very nice car - specially with the automatic gear for driving in
cities and stop-and-go-phases, I hope it make´s no so many problems in the next few years.
If my financial situation will be good, my next BMW is a touring (320d).

Thanks for the nice words about my coupé - I won´t change anything
on it, it should be in original until the sale.
I think the machine itself is running and running and running like the
beatle.

Are BMWs, MBs, and Porsches cheaper or more expensive there?

I think, if you´re buying these cars in USA they´re more cheaper than
in Europe. But for ex. you can´t get the Diesel-engines, which are given in our countries.

England is the only right hand drive country in Europe. I've been in Italy for 2 years and drove all abouts Europe and only seen right hand drive in England.

I've seen right hand drive cars in Japan and Austria as well. The post office cars are right hand drive in the U.S. for easier mail post delivery.

Hey James Bond, nettes Mountainbike auch! Endlich Saison!

Please feel free to join my Mountainbike thread here.

This reminds me of needing to take some pics of both of my bikes.

No problem - Yeah, I bought it last year in March - I was twice with it
on the Gardasee and normally I´m biking along the river Isar, which
flows through Munich, there´s given a lot of nice trails! :rocks:
I put two pics from my Scott into your thread, but I´m sorry, orig.
pics aren´t available at the moment.

Back to my BMW: At this weekend I´ve got my first bigger problem
with my Coupé - it doesn´t going on Sunday. I put the key and turn
it arround, but the engine don´t started, only the xenon goes on and
of very fast...so the battery was the failure. Normally I would like pick
up my friend from the Munich airport after his business trip in Chicago,
but in this case I´ve phoned the BMW-service, he came about 45 minutes later with his X5 and gave me starting-help, so I could drive
however to airport very fast.
Today or morning I´ll buy a new fresh battery which have to work until I sell the car in 4 or 5 years.
