Bmw performance suspension too low.

My bmw performance suspension is lower than most of the installs I have seen. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Maybe your dealer order the wrong springs? The springs are VIN specific and option(s) specific.

The part numbers on the invoice was correct. I double checked.
