that's all you needed to say. Plain and simple, so its basically the PULING FORCE. I get it. If you were a girl i'd be thanking you "you know how" hahaha

So ok...... whats an average torque power? and whats the power torque on the 1 series?

P.S. Does anyone know which car is faster coupe/convertible, manual/auto

Cool

The only question that you asked that you might not be able to find out yourself is auto/manual and coupe/convertible.

For a good driver there's no comparison: A manual coupe will be a faster car. Coupe's are stiffer and therefore handle better. For you I'd suggest the Auto. The reasons being you don't seem like you'd be able to handle a manual and for you the auto would probably manage the vehicle better than you would.

Coupe vs Convert makes such little difference for the type of driving that you're talking about it really doesn't matter. Get whichever one you like more.

As for your other questions: look around. You said you couldn't find information regarding the engine... there's an entire forum about the engine on this site... look for yourself.

since you don't even know what torque is, its irrelevant to actually tell you the numbers, because you won't even understand the units.

basically, it has PLENTY of torque for you driving needs.

can you even drive a stick? why are you considering the 135i? most people that are are enthusiasts, but you dont seem to fit that mold.

No need to understand any of this technical stuff and it doesn't really matter what we think. You should head on over to Shelly BMW and drive some cars. Then you will know what you like and what you can afford, just don't make any decisions at the dealer.

Then, after driving some BMWs and talking to the sales staff, come back here with specific questions about the various possibilities in the BMW lineup.

BTW, I am sure that the sales staff will explain how easy it is to get out of the Maxima and into a BMW!

Good luck!

Who said there is going to be a 135 Vert...? So far i only know of a 128 vert!

Forget the 1 series, I think the OP should get that new M7 vert! It has 16 mufflers, and SOOO much torque power.
