First event on new tires

Not a lot of competition today, but the result was promising. Had a real shot at #1 but blew my last few runs looking for that last couple tenths at the end of the track. Was pleased to beat the fast SM supercharged 3 series that was on race tires, he's usually in the top5 at the big events. The big event is next weekend. Car 135

Wow, your autocrosses are so small. How many runs are you getting per day? Out here 180+ drivers is normal participation.

Most of them here are 80-100. This was a non points event testing for the big race next weekend which should be 150-200 turnout. We got 8 runs this day (4 in morning and 4 in afternoon)

#3 car pax. TASP is actually pretty generous pax (.849). The BS S2000 was right in front of me and they places in nats with that car this year.
The FRS coned the back half on both his fast runs, tbh, but they didn't call it in. Doesn't really matter because it wasnt a points event.

All the car still needs to be competitive is an LSD. We'll see how the holiday season treats my bank account

I don't take video but this is the fast run from the FRS so you can see the course. I couldnt get through the back half as fast as him due to lack of LSD around the tight/Uturns, although I probably got through the front 2/3 about a second quicker due to having way more power. Give and take always

Also, wheel up

Yup, these cars are begging for a diff at autoX. On the track, you can mitigate it enough, usually, but not at autox.

I have an LSD on the way, will report back when I do the install, might take a few photos. Hopefully it won't be too time consuming in the garage, haven't set up a rear in a while
