Oil leak after warranty work - 1 month till warranty expires haaalp!

So, I collected my car from the dealership a few days ago after I had left it with them for some warranty work, they changed my injectors and o2 sensor to fix my rough idling/misfiring problems... The problem seems to be gone but I popped my hood today to have look and I saw this

WTF is this now? Is it a serious problem?? I was waiting for my warranty to expire so I can finally install some mods and I have an appointment booked for that in a couple of days!

Is this something I can sort out myself at a low cost (DIY or at an independent shop) or should I take it back to get it fixed while I'm still under warranty? Please help Oh knowledgeable fellow members

Looks like they spilled some oil. Probably best to burn the car.

In seriousness, was it clean when you got it back?

Lol yeah I did have look when I picked it up to make sure they fixed a power steering reservoir leak and that oil wasn't there

I'd start by pulling the plastic cover to see if you can find the source. Valve cover gaskets are a known failure point on BMWs. They are pretty bad at making oil proof gaskets.
