cold tyres or warm tyres ???

The recommended tyres pressure shown at the door is 260KPa or 300kPa for 215/245 setting. Should I pump the tyres accordingly at cold tyres or warm tyres?

BTW, I just change to 225/255 Dunlop Z1*, what will be the recommended tyres pressure?

I recommend setting tires cold since when they do get hot, they raise about 2-4 PSI depending on driving style.
