There are no options that I know of for grocery bag hooks in the trunk that do not require drilling.
In my 135i, I have the genuine BMW Grocery Gripper. In my Honda, I actually installed the exact hook you linked, which my S4 had from the factory. The BMW Grocery Gripper uses the following parts: https://www.ecstuning.com/Search/82260153360/ES196663/ https://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Sit...6046/ES194989/ |

I just use a net clipped to the two rearward tie downs. It lays on the floor of the trunk space. I put the grocery bags in and then reach in and clip it around all the bags back to the same rear clips. Like a big burrito of groceries.

Interesting. Is there any drilling involved?

Yes, three small holes. The kit comes with a template. It's a pretty simple job.

I have two carabiners (one left side, one right side) held by zip ties, which are attached to the top of the trunk compartment through the existing holes. Very easy to put in. I just clip grocery bag handles into the carabiners.

I just put some paper boxes in the trunk when I know I'm going to grocery shop:

I'll have to take a look at that. Honestly I was really surprised there weren't tie down hooks at the front behind the rear seats.

Don't use disposable bags that are bad for the environment. We use reusable fold out boxes. Put in trunk, they stay put.

Those are nice... But the cardboard boxes are free.
Yeah, I'm cheap.
