What do these people think that car manufacturing plants do? They bring together parts after all and they try not to invent everything from scratch as much as possible.
Ford, Daimler, Bugatti and Ferdinand Porsche were doing inventions, it was a century ago.

To haters, a superb meal ain't nothing more than the sum of existing food ingredients.

It ain't the ingredients alone that make a meal delicious. What matters are the choices the chef made, the quality and care in selecting ingredients, the way (s)he mixed/blended/intertwined these ingredients, how (s)he presented the meal, and last but not least, what the client experiences when tasting/eating the final result.
