Springs!?
So I was on the H&R web site and saw the springs and the cup kits.
What's the diff. and could one just change the springs to lower the car?

Springs will just replace the the stock springs and keep your stock struts/shocks. The Cup Kit is a full suspension replacement that includes the H&R Sport or Race Springs (depending on which cup kit you go with) matched with a set of struts or shocks. The Cup Kit will be a more complete setup and offer better performance than just the springs but if you are looking for a slightly firmer ride and lower height, then the springs would do you just fine.

Thanks Nick,
I had an H&R I-cup kit on my 323i but I didn't know you could do just springs. But I guess if your gonna do it, might just do it it all at once springs and shocks.
