looks like the dealer doesn't wanna fix my car because of my intake and says they believe I've been running aftermarket software . Guess I'm just gonna fix the problem myself...

They can't deny a warranty claim based on speculation. I'd go to a diff dealer but unless they find tuner codes they have to stand by the warranty.

Yeah but they want to fully scan my car and send FASTA data to bmw. I think the risks(them possibly finding something) outweigh the benefits (up to 300 dollars). I'm just going to get it done myself.

I'm psyched now. Installing the sway bar on Saturday morning, I got my seatbelt recall taken care of so if I wipe out I can be sure my B pillars won't catch fire, we're going to Chili's. What more could we need.
Ray, do you still have your stock diffuser? Also - 1. Chesterfan1230 (Mohammad) 2. Achtunge30 (Frank) + Comeback1 (Dave) 3. tcd223 (Tom) - Good To Go 4. Snertz (Ray) 5. ACM CREW(Sal, Tom, etc. 6. Brokenvert (matt) 7. DriveHard (Alex) 8. 20YRSDREAM (Henry) - Maybe 9. MB135i (Mike) 10. Pete (e46 M3 vert) |

that's the route. Hey ray do you mind leading this time again :P Sal it'll be easier for everyone to meet up at Perkins Memorial Drive since the shop is kinda out of the way.

So matt, meet at the car wash on rt.1 @ like 9:30ish? i think an hour would be enough time to make it up there, and we'll take the saw mill again.

Rain date??
Not to be the bearer of bad news but the weather doesn't look good for this Sunday. Any chance of switching back to Saturday? Those roads are far more fun in the dry.

Yo, Mo. If you gonna switch it 2 Saturday then I cannot make it for sure bc got work & other shit 2 do in the afternoon. But Sunday is a go for me 100%. If you guys have the iphone (like me) you'd see Sunday is raining & 68 & 55. But if you go into a computer & go straight to www.weather.com you'll see there is no sun but is cloudy & no rain. I usually trust the online version more.
