Cleaning Between Waxing

I've had a naggin problem that I haven't been able to sufficiently address: I spend a boatload of time to detail my car, then a month or two later I want to rewax it, but don't want or need to go through all that hassle. All I should need is a product(s?) to clean the crap off the wax that a through washi misses, without stripping off the previous wax.

What does everyone do for good between coat cleanings?

theres wash that protects what you have on the car already i believe, like if you're a zaino guy, zaino has there wash that shouldnt remove the wax. but then again, i dont own zaino products (yet!).

I'm a little confused by your question, but I'll try and answer.

Wax will naturally deteriorate as time progresses. Especially carnauba. If you're looking for a wax that will last over 2 months, I would recommend a sealant. (example: Zaino, NXT Tech Wax 2.0..its not a wax, it's a sealant).

Normal over the counter car wash soap usually will not strip the wax/sealant on the car. As time progresses, you will have to wax your car again to provide the layer of protection that has been removed by the elements of nature.

Between your waxing you can use a spray detailer. This will help add some added protection to the surface of your car. You can even buy spray wax detailer. These options are really only band aid patches for what really needs to be done, a full wax/sealant job.
