JB4 different maps and functions

Just now learning how to change maps and functions .
anybody know if the the (boost gauge on fuel) for instance in accurate when it reads ?
so far having some fun with it like shift lights and changing maps hope its
doesn't mess anything up tweaking with it.

I have a jb+ getting ready to step up to jb4 in a few weeks for my birthday.. Is it really that great?

Gauge hijacking is there to give you an idea of where your boost it at without having to log. in that scenario it is pretty accurate. IT is not, however, a replacement for logging

You could run a mixture of e85 on Map 5 and see how much you like it. The power gains are awesome

Or you could replace your FMIC. There is power/consistency to be had there as well. I cant wait to install my VRSF 5" this winter

gotcha!! do you think just the bolt on FMIC will be viable or just bigger than usual ,i might try the E85 mix and.... however my tuner just said today he will prefer Methanol kit to install maybe he will get some more $$$ from me perhaps....

I would go the FMIC route and run an e85 mixture first before Meth and there are great options that do not require cutting or body modification like VRSF 5" and Active Autowerke Sport Fmic ect.. They will provide consistent cooling and gains throughout RPM dropping IAT's drastically and keeping them lower even after multiple pulls or extreme conditions.
