Legroom Passenger AC Cover

so, i was wondering why my E82.. did not have a cover on of the AC blower..
i realize there was four and of course checked in my other E92 the AC has cover... and also with some bolts are not placed i guess? based on pictures..

im sure that they used up all of the bolts to restore it back when doing the connector cable campaign.

figure our it really is like that.. thanks from the help of the dealer from the capital..
(Pak Wiana SA Eurokars indonesia) helped clearing up for me..
