I like them from the side, but those offsets just don't work, and I don't think 3mm is going to get anywhere close to where they need to be to look right.

Great Job! I've always wanted 19" with stock sport suspension and you just help made my decision. A great bonus is that the 19" fills the wheel well so perfect that it looks like a perfect drop. You made my day! Thanks for the great pics!

I'll third the size question, but we can see that they're Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 in the photos, and his sig mentions the model as well.

Wheels look a little too big for the car. Don't think I would go beyond 18" with a little drop.

by overkill I just meant that is a little more rubber than most would need unless they were looking to pull some ridiculous numbers on a skidpad or needed the rear to hook up on the drag strip. I like the 19's just fine though

It's simply the offset being way too aggressive that I believe takes away the look. Not to be rude, but I think extreme offsets look horrible and cheap. Makes it look like you stuck on what you could afford to get.

One of my favorite wheels BMW makes. If I had an E92 I'd be all about it, since the offsets match up with the M6 much better. They do look cool on the E82 though.

:headbang:I wanted to do M6's on my car (19") too, but we couldn't find ones with right offset, so I ended up with something else. I LOVE those wheels on 1 series, looks very "correct" for the car. I just wish they made the front wheels with right offset... Hope that shaving the 3mm will be enough to get the wheels work! Hope to see some more pics of it! :headbang:

I've never been a fan of M6 rims.
