No Wash in 8 weeks. Any Tips?
So, I am ready to remove my 8 week 'dirt' protection system and have the car look nice and clean. Any tips or tricks to ensure that the dirt comes up nice and easy without swirling the car?

I assume you're washing it yourself by hand? If so, I would recommend soaking the car with something and rinsing it down prior to washing- this should remove most of the loose dirt and grit. I soak my car with ONR and rinse prior to touching it with anything. If you have a foam gun you could soak it that way too.

^ that and 2 bucket method. Basically have 1 bucket to clean the sponge off and a dedicated soap bucket. Don't put the sponge in the soap until its clean.
I rinse off my sponge with a hose continuously. If you see dirt on the sponge, rinse it off until it's clean. I also don't wash in a swirl motion to help prevent swirl marks. Goodluck |
