Ok, first off.....that looks so good it makes me reconsider the wheels I bought!! That looks great. Now for the questions, how did you make those fit so well. I have same size and offsets on the front, but I have 19x9.5 with 50mm offset on the rear and there is no way I'll be able to tuck them like you have without rubbing. A 45mm offset as you have reported would put the wheel into the fender more....how'd you do that I'm really interested in how you made it work, please share. At any rate....

+1 on the finish, the offset is a bit extreme for my tastes though.

Overall well done!

He is running a smaller tire on the back, but he's got 5mm more sticking out towards the fender....that's a ton on this car!!! Looking back at his photos, he has loads of rear negative camber. I'd be interested in hearing what alignment settings he's running.

I'm voting this new setup for Car of the Month, you'll get it with two different setups..lol.

These wheels look better than the Volks to me. They are the same pattern as Advan RS's which is pretty much my favorite wheel on One's.

It looks so clean this way that I'm not sure if it will look better with tint or a lip or not, probably not actually.

Thanks Ray. I had wanted something different, and without a lip. Plus I had sold them because I thought I might have been getting rid of the car. Thats all resolved now,

They only make them in silver, but if enough interest they told me they could do other colors, or on a personal basis for a bit more. Fittament questions on bottom.

I got them directly from Ty at VMR. I cant runt spacers as they are pretty agressive, and I am lowered on H&R coilovers.

Thanks, I do not think they do. These wheels are the same specs as the V710 which they do have in 18.

The VB3 rear wheels have the same specs as mine, but the fronts will stick out 5mm more than mine. They would require probally a 3-4mm shave to fit right.

Not really. I have driven with 2 passengers and just a faint bit of rubbing on the innter fender plastic liner. I am no where near the fenders.

I added the negative camber while trying to diagnose the rubbing at first. I found out it actually made it worse for a bit. I dont really think it was or would be neccesary. My alignment guy said that -2.6 is a bit agressive but nothing too crazy, and it shouldnt affect tire life so much because he set the Toe as cloose to stock as possible.

My front is stock camber, minus what the lowered suspension naturally did, andthe toe specs are as close to stock as possible.

The rear has -2.6 degrees of camber ans I dont have the tow specs, but they are as close to stock as possible also.

Thanks, that would be an honor. I agree with you about the Advans, I wish they were not so hard to come by. I wanted a wheel with the style of the RS and Work Emotion CR Kais in 19". I am iffy about tints, not sure yet.

Honestly guys it is not too hard to get these wheels to work. The front fits with absolutely no modifications. I am tucking tire and have not rubbed at all on the front, I actually with they are about 2mm out more. I could easily run a 235/35/19 tire up there.

Now on the rear, these are the same setup as my old Volks. With stock height you shouldnt really have a problem. Eyeman could confirm this. When I was lowered on H&R sports and the Volks I was rubbing bad. I ended up cutting the fenders a bit and the fit perfect. A fender roll with suffice though, again Eyeman could confirm this. When I had the Volks and got the Coilovers to slam the rear, I rubbed like crazy. I couldnt figure it out. That is when I set my camber settings to -2.6 degrees. After that I was actually rubbing worse. It turns out I was only rubbing on the plastic liner, so I cut it, I didnt take out enough because verry seldomly I rub on that now. When I took it out to test, even with 4 people in the car it would not rub. With the setup I have now I could actually stick my finger between the tire and the fender. There is a lot of room. I may even be able to run 255/30's or 255/35's back there.

So to sum it up if lowered on H&R sport springs, or a comparable drop you would just need a fender roll, or cut.

To slam it, you would need to trim the plastic liner, and you may, but I dont think it would be neccesary, need to mess with the camber settings. ( I did by accident trying to diagnose the issue)

If any of this is confusing or more clarification is needed lmk. It would be my pleasure to help out.

Remember though that every car is different and some would require some improv. And whenever custom work is needed it should be done on a one on one basis. My setup should work for all, but remember although it really isnt hard esp for a professional, things may not seem as easy as it is read.
