Feed back for the service departments
Hi.. everyone.
I am from NY Metro, Long Island area. I want to know your feedbacks about the service department around your area. I thought when I paid a good price for a good car, I should get a better service and/or customer service. I am not expecting a excellent service. Just something reasonable. I been to this service department in Long Island for about 4 times already (I brought my car there too). Not one time I was satisfy with how they handle the customer service. I just want to know if you have the same issue with ther customer service at the service departments. thanks |

why should they provide good service? most of us have only one local dealer... therefore we're stuck with the crappy service.
i will not buy another car if i have no faith in the local service department. my local BMW dealer's service department has come up short with me. it will definitely be on my mind when it's time to buy another car. |

Hassel BMW service in Freeport is just fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them. They even don't care about minor mods to your car.
Ask for Peter. |

What about the customer service at the front desk? their knowledge without having to transfer to from 1 department to another. |
