Taa BMR.
Yeah, I'm interested in rear control arms too. Does anyone think these are not a worthwhile upgrade? Is there anything else worth replacing? I'm also keen for a stud kit if you can source these. Oh, & some good road/track brake pads. An some some milk & bread...

Rest of the rear will have to come...

I can sell the Rear subframe bushings on their own but the above listed price is a 'kit' and includes all the other bushings such as trailing arms and camber link bushings.

Ahh so subframe PLUS everything (though with the full 'parts' the bushings come as well)

That's fair enough then

How much for JUST the subframe bushings?

Overstocked on M3 E92 Front Sway Bar's at the moment, pm me for a good deal.

Only difference to the E93 is that it's slightly smaller at 26.5mm (v 28mm in the E93 M3) but this might suit your needs better depending on your setup and how you want your car to turn in.

Should I choose an E92 or E93 Front Sway Bar?

It's a frequently asked question and bigger doesn't always mean better so after discussing with Pete from Advan, my personal opinion is that:

E92 M3 FSB in a 1-Series: probably better balanced than the E93 one... recommended if your suspension setup is relatively mild, perhaps stock Msport suspension, springs or coilovers at the most. Great street setup, twisty roads and for those who track occasionally

E92 M3 FSB in a 3-Series: great for a stock setup or someone with a mild suspension setup

E93
M3 FSB in a 1-Series: For those wanting a really tight ride and with other supporting suspension mods. Coilovers a minimum and ideally some neg camber, and you're looking to set really good lap times [in the dry] realising that the car in the wet will be more under-steery than other setups

E93
M3 FSB in a 3-Series: Complements a good set of coilovers really well, ideal for the occasional track visit without losing too much balance.

What's the go for rear sway bars?

They tend to promote oversteer as much as the front does understeer correct?

Hi stu what's the benefit/s of ordering the full kit vs just the bushings on their own?

In a nutshell yes - when done in conjunction with the fronts you can get a nicely balanced setup.

Assuming you're talking about the bushings subframe kit, bushings on their own are just for the subframe (4pieces total), the 'full kit' includes upgraded bushings for the other suspension components being the camber links and trailling arms... I imagine changing these out to firmer components can increase their effectiveness as there's less 'play' in the other rear suspension components.
No expert, someone feel free to correct me

Thanks Stu but would love to know what the difference would be on the street/track. Have not come across much info on this at all.
