If you mean is that an OEM car cover, I'm going to say no because:

1) The car covers I've seen of BMW don't have the roundel, just the letters 'B-M-W'

and 2) That's a pretty ill-fitting car cover. An OEM cover will fit like a glove

^^Your dealer sells a NOAH form fitting cover for about $200, mine was actually cheaper through the dealership than California Car Cover.
