Why are all of your cars suddenly leaking coolant? I'm actually kind of scared to start my car in the morning now

I live in the Bay Area. So that’d be weird. But I did just make a trip through 10-20F weather for a few days about two weeks ago.

New front tire. I got an alignment back in August when I noticed some unusual wear. Thursday it looked too worn to continue. Ordered a new tire from Discount. Strangely it only affected one tire (front driver side) and not the other.

Sounds like toe was messed up on the one tire. If I had to guess, it was angled out.

Hmmm...
Just speculating on why so many at once.
I'm just south of you in Los Altos, and mine went out in October 2015 at 48,000 miles. I guess it just happens. But I had been parking outside.

Drawed up a rough draft for a trailer for it to tow.
Going to build a teardrop. Seems building it will save on hotel race weekend bills, and that means more racing.

Figuring 2x3 3/16 wall and 5x8 for the camper, 14" OAL.
I have it figured at about 700# dry/unfurnished. But that's a low estimate. I'm sure it'll be near/just over 1,000# loaded. Which is my target.

There better be pics of the assembly/build, the hitch and it's install, and the final loaded result!

There's a long ass hitch install thread, but building a trailer threads are few and far between even on the appropriate forums, and, well, non-existent here, so show us the good stuff!!

Cool project! I saw this 1er towing a teardrop at a campground here in Oregon last year.

Ha! I thought I had a couple more including the hitch set up but I must have deleted them. First and only 1 series I've ever seen towing anything.

I'm about to buy the BMW performance shifter and shift boot for the automatic. FCP will cost $215 after a promo code. BMW USA will be $225. BMW Parts Wholesale will be $197 but that's including 40 bucks for shipping and something about that really irks me. Even though it's still the best deal out of all of them, something about paying that much for shipping bothers me and I'd almost rather go with FCP out of spite.. almost. I'll still go with BPW, but I going to bitch about that shipping cost for awhile until they arrive lol
