135i - 29DC after WOT

Hello Everybody,

First post here, and first ever log, so please be gentle. ;-)

2009 135i - N54 - 180,000km
New timing chain, new plugs, new vanos solenoids, new valve cover + pcv valve, all new vacuum hoses
DCI
Solid boost pipes + Tial BOV
Catless DP
JB4
93 Octane Fuel

The issues:
I have had 2 instances in the last few months, where, after a WOT pull in 3rd, then 4th, and then letting off, I get a 29DC error. The car shuts down multiple injectors, and it runs like a pig. I can clear the code on the fly with the JB4, and it will go back to normal. It is worth noting, that during the WOT pulls, there are no noticeable misfires, and the car pulls cleanly and strongly. The injector shutdown only occurs AFTER letting off the throttle. Any ideas on this?

I did 2 logs yesterday, the 1st, the car pulled perfectly, no 29DC, on the second run, it happened. Logs below.

I pulled the codes, and got the following:
2C6D, 2C7B, 29DC, 2C77, 2C78 - No CEL

Its worth noting that after a visual inspection of the plugs, after letting the car stand for 24hrs, cylinder 1's plug was damp, and smelled of fuel, so I suspect it may have a slight leak.

Any insight would be much appreciated, happy to provide any additional info you might need.

Quick update:

Replaced the leaky injector. Removed and rebuilt the hpfp, and the problem seems to be solved.
