fwiw, i have 255/35 star specs on the front, which are even wider than the 255/35 yokos. no rubbing with rolled front fenders, 2.2 degrees of camber, and +40 offset on a 8.5 rim. ironically, my 265/35 star spec rubs a tiny bit in the rear at +57mm, but the front doesn't rub at all.

I've got two very important questions for you.

1) where in Jersey are you?

2) where did you get that TIMYOYO sticker?

I think your front offset is either +45 or +38. Mine is +45. 235/40 Yokos rubbed on the fenders with -2.0 camber. No problem with -3.2.

edit: Oh I get it, 5mm spacers.

princeton area, and the sticker is for my friend's blog, www.axisofoversteer.com.

yep. with the 255 star spec i needed a 5mm spacer to clear the strut. the stiff e93 front bar certainly also helps prevent rubbing too, propping up the loaded corner a bit.
