I have the Dinan oil cooler and there are no clearance issues. I'm running 225's in the front with a 12mm spacer and have no rubbing.

I have the ER oil cooler and it's really nice..also comes with ducting to ram air into it. you can see it on the left sort of. My oil temps run about 10 degrees lower but the real test will be when i take it to the track.

i dont have a garage so i just let ER do it..looks relatively simple but time consuming..you'll have to remove the front bumper and basically unattach and replace the oil lines and stock oil cooler...shrouding looks easy

1. Fred is the man! I love my ER kit as well. A bit of trimming is required and a lot of little adjustments to make it fit. I have the apex wheels w/245s up front and no rubbing either. Stays 10-15 degrees cooler both daily driving and track days. I'm sure the race kit with dual cores is even better. Even at peak temps, it takes quite a bit longer to get to that temp, as a side note.

We offer oil cooler kits for the 135i's and offer some nice forum discounts too!
I put in below an image we took that I fellow member posted a little while back compiling users, their cars and their temperatures, it's an interesting one too look at. Should help you decide... |

What's Stage 2 Stett? ER has a stage 1 (one oil cooler) and Stage 2 (two oil coolers); so we know if we are comparing apples to oranges lol.

Our Stage 1 kit is for stock cars with no factory cooler. The Stage 2 is for modified cars and is what we recommend for anyone with mods or anyone that drives their car enthusiastically.
