Debris in underhood drains?

This ever happen to anyone? Talking about the underhood drains at the corners of the windshield...I can hear something rolling around in there and it is annoying as hell.

I replaced front pads and rotors yesterday so was "concerned" that maybe something was loose. All is nice and tight.

If you're talking about what I'm thinking of, I get leaves and stuff in there all the time. Mine are little baskets that I can pull out and empty to keep them clean...I usually do that every 1-2 weeks when I wash the car.
