Tire Size for 135i 2008

Hi Guys,

I'm looking to change tires(again) for my car this week. I've currently got 255/35/18R at the rears (Pirelli PZero) and they seem to be too close the the wheel arch that when somebody of light weight sits in the back the tire touches the arch. Is this the case with the PZero tire or is the width of the tire too big for the arch?

I'm looking at the Hankooks, any ideas for a the tire sizes?

It must be the "wheels". Lots of people are running 255/35ZR18 on stock wheels without any problems.
