Red Calipers or not?

So, should I do it or not? (this is a photoshopped pic)

IMO only if you add a few more pistons otherwise just tidy up with silver or black.

Pretty much. I guess I just like painted calipers. Didn't want to go with yellow because they're not the Performance brakes.

If you live near the water, I would go with Red on the port side, and Green on the starboard.

That's gold!

You're right, I'd steer clear of the yellow brakes unless they are the Performance ones. Also, red brake calipers to me look like the owner is trying too hard (unless they come standard). I'd be looking at either silver or black (split the difference and get charcoal perhaps?).

Yellow is going to go very nastily with the brake dust. Just keep that in mind.

+1 !!!

Otherwise, have it as white - in that case you'll have a range of colour from white to charcoal until you wash your car again.

Mate! Go for Red - it would look good.... would recommend a brighter red though... as it won't get much light... and will get dusty!

NOT! please. you'll lose the appeal of the car. what youve done is made it more aggressive with the wheels, but retains the class.

RED calipers are a little to loud.

are you going to paint over the silver BMW written on them, i would try to avoid that.

can you photoshop them in the BMW performance yellow?

i think its yellow or nothing. yellow you can pass off as performance rotors, red is obviously painted.

125i calipers don't have the BMW logo, and they're somewhat smaller than the 135i calipers.

Here's a Photoshop in yellow...

There is no paint works after 400 degree. If you EVER put the car to the track, the paint will burn to black.

Just a warning I suppose. You really need paint that works over 600 degree to ensure they will not turn black.
