"Limit" light in dash
So I dropped my car off for 30k service and was happy to get a 2011 335 as a loaner. Driving home I had to punch it of course to see how the n55 feels compared to my n54. At about 80 a light pops up on the dash saying "Limit" So my question is, is it telling me I'm just going over the speed limit or is this something the dealer put in to track how I'm driving it? I searched and couldn't find anything about it. The n54 definitely feels faster too btw

Does your laoner have Nav/iDrive? I believe there is a speed limit setting in the menu. Just turn that feature off. I think it can also chime/alarm when you hit the preset "limit". I remember a guy from UAE who had a video showing this - well kind of.

Yes it does have I-drive. I don't need all that fancy stuff in my car. Just an engine and a 6mt is good enough for me . I'll check that out, thanks for the reply
